Based in Henderson, Nevada, Lieutenant Jeb Bozarth is a seasoned law enforcement professional, military veteran, and business owner. A U.S. Navy Seabee and combat veteran, he joined the Henderson Police Department in 2006, rising to the rank of Lieutenant and serving as SWAT Commander. Jeb has extensive instructional expertise as an FBI/NRA-certified firearms instructor, defensive tactics coach, EVOC instructor, and Incident Command specialist. His dedication has been recognized with multiple commendations, including the Route 91 Responder Medal, Global Terrorism Medal, and Henderson Police Medal of Valor. Beyond law enforcement, Jeb founded Critical Training Solution LLC, a nationally respected company providing active assailant response training to universities, schools, private businesses, and government agencies. A devoted husband and father of five, Jeb remains active in his faith and community while pursuing hobbies like ranch work, hunting, fishing, and golf.
