Lieutenant Jeb Bozarth is a decorated law enforcement leader, veteran, and training company owner based in Henderson, Nevada. Serving with the City of Henderson Police Department since 2006, he advanced through patrol, SWAT, PSU, and the Training Bureau before being promoted to Sergeant in 2018 and ultimately Lieutenant, where he became SWAT Commander and K9 Lieutenant. Over his career, Jeb has earned recognition including the Medal of Valor and Supervisor of the Year Award, while holding instructor certifications from the FBI, NRA, and multiple tactical and defensive programs. Prior to his police career, he served 14 years in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserves as a Seabee Equipment Operator 1st Class, deploying to Somalia, Iraq, and the Persian Gulf. Today, as owner of Critical Training Solution LLC, he delivers premier civilian and law enforcement training on pre-attack indicators, active assailant response, and safety mindset strategies across the nation.
